The tube bundle dryer for corn fiber is specially designed to dry fiber byproducts from corn wet milling or ethanol production, reducing moisture from 60-70% to 8-12% for animal feed, biofuel or dietary fiber extraction. These dryers consist of a series of tubes arranged in bundles that are located inside a rotating drum. Corn fiber is fed into the dryer and hot air or steam circulates through the tubes. As the drum rotates, the material tumbles and is exposed to the heated tubes, promoting efficient drying.

Product Structure

1. Cylindrical shell: usually made of stainless steel, durable and corrosion-resistant.

2. Tube bundle: composed of numerous stainless steel tubes arranged in parallel or staggered in the shell.

3. Heat transfer medium inlet and outlet: located on the shell, used to introduce and discharge heat transfer medium.

4. Corn fiber inlet and outlet: the inlet is used to evenly feed wet corn fiber into the tube bundle, and the outlet is where the dry corn fiber is discharged.

5. Ventilation system: connected to the dryer to remove humid air.
